Shekhar (Tarun) iinadvertently becomes the reason for the tragic accidental death of Priya (Shriya)'s fiancee. Priya's world is shattered. Compelled by the unexpected turnout of events, she takes upon herself the difficult task of reviving the crumbling business of her late fiancee. Shekhar moves to Germany to do penance, and soon starts assisting a very reluctant PriyaÄs in turning the business around. In the process he falls in love with Priya, but how can he confess his love to her? After all he had been the cause for Priya's misery.
