A politically persecuted African constitutional expert seeks refuge and asylum in Austria under a false name, together with his wife and brother. But a hired killer is already on his heels. The brother is first murdered by mistake, then the murderer himself is eliminated. With the energetic support of the resolute director of the home, Moritz Eisner is able to prevent further bloodshed and to arrest the person behind it all.
