After various initial setbacks, Max and Fibbes consistently realize their dream of a snowboarding paradise. The local mayor's intrigues are a hindrance and Max's father is not at all keen to begin with, but gradually they win the respect of the villagers. The Powder Park becomes a camp for sport and fun, linked with tales of intrigue, love, hatred and true friendship.
